Delivery & Returns

If You choose delivery by courier, the goods will be delivered to your provided shipping address.
If You choose delivery by post, the goods will be deliver to the nearest Post Office.

Delivery time for orders in the EU are 3 - 10 working days after your order has been paid:

• Delivery by DPD courier – € 5.99                                     
• Delivery by Post from – € 3.99                                                 

Delivery time for orders outside EU are 7 - 14 working days after your order has been paid:

• Delivery by Post from – € 8.99

DO YOU HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Please note that all international orders may be subject to local authority import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility to pay. If these charges apply to your order,
the nominated courier will contact you and they will let you know the cost of the duties and/or taxes to be payed. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import charges
and choose to return items to us, we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs incurred for the items return, including return shipping charges
and customs handling fees. As duties and taxes vary from country to country and is set by your local government, we are unable to provide you with an estimated cost.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP OUT?

Orders placed before 11:00am (GMT+02:00 local time zone) will ship the same day, order volume permitting. Orders placed after 11:00am (GMT+02:00 local time zone)
will be shipped the next working day, and on Friday —or over the weekend—will be shipped on Monday.

Goods can be returned within 30 days only in original package. Complete a refund form and send it together with goods to: UAB ARTODELFAS, Kestucio str. 5, Vilkaviskis, LT-70190, Lithuania.
Here you can print refund form: Form.doc. Money will be returned within 1- 14 work days from goods received. In case of exchange, You should return the goods and make a new order.

Packaging of the returning goods

We will not accept a returned products if the items:

• Were used
• Were damaged
• Have lost visual appealing
• Have lost it's characteristics
• Without or removed original lable
